Refund Policy:
We are an IRS 501(c)(6). Refunds for meetings are allowed if a registration is cancelled prior to our count being submitted to the venue. Dues are not refunded, however, if a member does not renew within 30 days of their membership expiration, their membership is considered cancelled. Non-payment of donations/sponsorships is considered a cancellation.
AAF-Dayton does not ship anything.
